All orders are shipped by Royal Mail using a tracked service.  Despatch time is usually 2-4 working days from order.  At busy periods this may be extended.

Next Day Delivery

I can offer Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day for an additional cost on most occasions.  Please email me on info@aliceswonders.co.uk to see whether it is currently available. 

International Delivery

For international delivery, parcels are sent International Tracked via Royal Mail and then your local postal service.

The customer is liable for any customs/government charges that may occur on arrival.

Packaging and sending a gift directly

Your package will come beautifully packaged together in recycled and recyclable packaging, with tissue paper. If you require any products to be individually wrapped please add a note at checkout.

If you would like to send someone a gift straight from Alice's Wonders, please leave a message at checkout and the invoice can be emailed directly to yourself rather than being included in the parcel. 

The item(s) will be wrapped especially carefully to make the gift extra special!
