Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Goods must be returned in a saleable, new, condition. On receipt of the goods a refund will be processed. 

Faulty Goods:
We try our very best to ensure all products are in perfect condition, but on the rare occasion goods are damaged or faulty please contact us at info@aliceswonders.co.uk for advice on how to proceed to receive a refund or exchange.

If it is required to send faulty goods back to Alice's Wonders you will be sent a prepaid reurn label to use on emailing info@aliceswonders.co.uk

Return Conditions

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must
be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall
not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return.

We will make a refund of eligible returns. 

Returning A Package Internationally

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the
package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Alice's Wonders
is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred
are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has
been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
